JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
I am a performance marketing agency owner specializing in Meta advertising and Klaviyo email marketing for DTC and fashion brands. I have been in e-commerce for six years and have built and scaled seven-figure brands. My current client roster includes recognized names in fashion, apparel, and accessories.

I am looking for a full-time Account Manager and Creative Strategist to work directly with me and grow long-term as we continue building out the team. This is not a short-term freelance project. I am looking for someone who wants to be here in a year and be a bigger part of what we are building.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ACTUALLY ABOUT:
The most important part of this job is creative strategy. That means looking at what is working inside Meta ad accounts, identifying trends in performance data, and translating those insights into strong creative briefs for video editors, graphic designers, and brand teams so they can produce content that actually converts. If you do not understand why one ad outperforms another or you have never written a creative brief, this is not the right fit.

Beyond creative strategy, you will be managing the day-to-day of multiple client accounts. That includes keeping email calendars on track in Klaviyo, coordinating with designers and vendors to hit deadlines, QA-ing campaigns before they go live, and helping with reporting and client communication. You will be expected to operate with high autonomy. I should not need to follow up with you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Analyzing Meta ad account performance and identifying what creative angles, hooks, and formats are winning
- Writing detailed creative briefs for video editors, designers, and brand owners to produce ad content
- Managing the email marketing calendar across multiple Klaviyo accounts and keeping sends on schedule
- QA-ing campaigns, flows, and ads before anything goes live
- Coordinating deliverables with offshore designers and AI-assisted creative teams
- Weekly performance reporting across Meta and Klaviyo
- Supporting client communication with clear, professional written updates
- Back-office coordination including invoicing and deliverable tracking

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
You have real agency experience. You have sat inside Meta Ads Manager and understood what the numbers mean, not just pulled reports. You have written briefs that actual designers and video editors used to make real content. You are high-agency, meaning you figure things out, you move fast, and you do not wait to be told what to do. You want to grow and are genuinely excited by the idea of being part of building something, not just maintaining it.

You do not need to know everything on day one. I am willing to teach the right person. What I cannot teach is the drive to learn, the ability to think strategically, and the discipline to operate independently.

COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time role. Base pay is $1,500 to $2,800 per month depending on your experience and background. On top of that, there is a performance-based incentive structure tied to client results and account growth. The right candidate will not be capped at the base.

HOW TO APPLY:
To apply, send me a message that covers the following:
1 - The agencies you have worked for and what you were responsible for at each one. Be specific about what you actually did day to day.
2 - The Meta ad accounts you have managed. Tell me what type of brands they were, roughly what monthly spend you were working with, and what your role was in the account.
3 - The email accounts or programs you have managed. Same thing -- what was the brand, what did you own, and what did you do there.
4 - A creative brief you have written, if you have one to share. If not, describe the process you use to brief a designer or video editor based on ad performance data.
5 - Your portfolio and resume.
6 - What genuinely excites you about this role.

That is it. I am not looking for a perfect application. I am looking for someone who can clearly communicate what they have done and show me they understand what this job actually requires.
