AI OPERATIOR - Video Editing

We produce faceless YouTube compilation videos across multiple channels. We are looking for a video editor who is comfortable using AI tools — specifically Claude and Hyperframes — to handle the bulk of the editing, then applies a final human polish to bring the output up to standard before delivery.

This is not a traditional editing role. The AI does most of the heavy lifting. Your job is to set it up correctly, iterate on its output, and make sure the final product is clean and consistent with our format.

The AI gets you speed. Your job is to make the final result publishable.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Workflow summary:
• Collect raw video clips, script, and assets
• Use Claude (Claude Design or Claude Code) and Hyperframes to generate the first version of the video with motion graphics, captions, overlays, and animations
• Iterate on the AI output by giving feedback and refining it
• Do a final manual polish pass to fix issues and improve quality before delivery

• Comfortable using AI tools in your editing workflow
• Willing to use Claude and Hyperframes as a core part of your process
• Ability to follow a repeatable format and not deviate from it
• Ability to execute feedback precisely, not loosely interpret it
• Strong communication and responsiveness
• Daily updates while a project is active
• No disappearing mid-project

DEADLINES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Every project follows this structure:
• 24-hour check-in after assignment
• 48-hour progress update with visible work
• 72-hour final delivery deadline

If any checkpoint is missed, the project is reassigned to someone else.

HOW THE HIRING PROCESS WORKS

Step 1 — Sample edit
You will receive a short clip package and brief. You will use the AI workflow to produce a 60-second sample edit.

Step 2 — Feedback round
I will give you specific written feedback. You will apply it in one revision.

Step 3 — Decision
If the revision meets the standard, we proceed to the full video and you are paid on delivery.
If it does not, the job is reassigned.

There is one revision on the sample. Decisions are made quickly.
