Founder’s Associate / Growth and Operations VA

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized person to help a founder grow SaaS products while also supporting current clients.

This role starts part-time and can grow into full-time for the right person.

We build SaaS products, work on WordPress websites, support clients, and are always working on new ideas. I am looking for someone who can help keep things moving, take work off my plate, think independently, and become a trusted right-hand person over time.


This is not a basic VA role. I need someone who is comfortable with technology, communicates well, follows through, and can handle a mix of operations, outreach, coordination, and support.


What you’ll help with
- Checking work and helping make sure projects stay on track
- Checking in with clients and helping with follow-up communication
- Helping with lead generation and outreach
- Supporting SaaS products we are building
- Testing features and workflows inside apps and giving clear feedback
- Engaging with customers and helping with communication
- Assisting with WordPress updates and general website-related tasks
- Helping coordinate delegation and project hiring when needed
- Researching tools, trends, and opportunities
- Acting as a sounding board for ideas and helping bring structure to them

- WordPress

- SaaS tools or software products
- QA testing / bug reporting
- Hiring or coordinating freelancers/contractors
- Working directly with a founder or small team


About the role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, likes solving problems, and wants to grow with a business. If you do well, this can become a long-term full-time opportunity with increasing responsibility.

I am focused on building and launching products. I want someone who can help support execution, communication, follow-up, coordination, and day-to-day ---------- ntum.

Pay
- Part-time to start
- $4–6/hour depending on experience and fit
- Opportunity to grow into full-time
