JOB OVERVIEW

$7 to $10/hour (full-time)

When you apply, use this exact subject line:
“I actually read the instructions”

Who we are:
BluePrint Cabinets is building a content machine.

We document real installs, real transformations, and real behind-the-scenes work — then turn that into simple, high-volume content that builds trust and drives attention.

We are not chasing trends.
We are building consistency at scale.

Speed matters.
Output matters.
Details matter more than anything.

If you take pride in clean, sharp edits and hate sloppy work, you’ll fit here.

If you rush and miss things, you won’t last.

What we’re looking for
We need a full-time video editor who can take organized footage and turn it into clean, engaging short-form content — fast.

This is a production role, not a creative playground.

Your job is to produce high-quality reels every single day without sacrificing attention to detail.

You will not be judged on effort.
You will be judged on output.

Expected output:

* 3 to 5+ reels per day
* Consistent quality across all videos
* Minimal revisions once trained

You’ll be:

* Editing short-form content
* Adding accurate subtitles
* Cleaning up pacing and dead space
* Cutting out filler, awkward pauses, and mistakes
* Clipping from longer-form videos
* Adding intros/outros
* Occasionally improving hooks when obvious

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver 3 to 5+ completed reels per day
* Same-day or next-day turnaround
* Follow a clear editing system
* Maintain quality without constant feedback
* Communicate clearly and hit deadlines

Quality Standard (non-negotiable)

Details are everything in this role.

These are immediate red flags:

* Misspelled subtitles
* Subtitles that don’t match audio exactly
* Poor timing or lag in captions
* Leaving in filler words, dead air, or sloppy cuts
* Audio that feels messy or unclean

If these issues show up consistently, you will not pass the trial period.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

* Experience editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
* Comfortable using CapCut, Submagic, or similar tools
* Basic understanding of hooks and what keeps attention in the first 3 seconds
* Strong attention to detail
* Fast and reliable
* Able to follow instructions and improve quickly

Compensation & Growth
Starts at $7 to $10/hour (full-time)

You will be evaluated on:

* Daily output (3–5 reels)
* Quality (accuracy, pacing, cleanliness)
* Consistency
* Reliability

If you prove:

* You hit output targets consistently
* Your edits require minimal corrections
* You take ownership and improve

You will get:

* More responsibility
* Long-term stability
* Growth inside the company

We reward people who execute, not people who talk.

Successful Editor Profile
You are:

* Fast and consistent
* Detail-obsessed
* Easy to communicate with
* Someone who notices small mistakes before anyone else does

You enjoy:

* Tight, clean edits
* Fixing messy footage
* Repetition and getting faster over time
* Making small improvements that compound

Make sure you’re comfortable with:

* Producing 3–5+ videos every day
* Repetitive, high-volume work
* Fast turnaround expectations
* Direct feedback
* Remote communication

Our values

* Speed wins
* Consistency compounds
* Details matter
* Ownership over excuses
