Full-Time Creative AI Video Editor | E-Commerce DTC Brands

Hi there! We’re looking for a Creative AI Video Editor to join our team and take full ownership of video creation for our e-commerce DTC brands. This is not a typical editing role, we want someone who is deeply experienced in leveraging AI video editing tools, and that can lead the entire creative direction for persona-driven and product-focused video content.

About this role:
- Full-time (approx. 48 hours per week, Mon to Sat)
- Salary: $1,400/month
- Work directly with multiple e-commerce DTC brands owned by us
- Lead the creation of UGC videos and AI ad creatives to convert across platforms like Meta and Google

Deliverables:
- Conceptualize and produce AI-powered persona and product videos that feel authentic and engaging
- Create UGC videos for our brands
- Take ownership of the creative video strategy, bringing fresh ideas and leading execution end to end
- Collaborate with our team to test, iterate, and refine videos based on performance

Requirements:
We only hire A-players, people who are hungry, hard-working, and not afraid to take the lead. This is a role for someone who:
- Has proven experience editing videos for DTC brands (UGC and paid ads)
- Is comfortable working with AI video tools and persona-based content creation
- Understands what makes a video convert in e-com advertising
- Works independently, thrives under pressure, and takes full responsibility for creative direction
