Job Title: Intake Admin (Overseas Hire)
Location: Remote
Type: Independent Contractor (Full-time)

About Full Service Pros
Full Service Pros (FSP) is a U.S.-based company supporting restoration and rebuild operations through effective back-office, HR, and client intake services. We are currently seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Coordinating Specialist to join our growing intake team. This position is remote and ideal for an independent overseas professional with strong communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
Full-time commitment required.

Technical Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client intake, case coordination, or administrative support (preferably in restoration, insurance, or service industries).
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive client information with confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Collect and validate client intake information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments with internal teams, ensuring seamless handovers to operations.
• Maintain and update the intake database, ensuring records are accurate and confidential.
• Follow up with clients for confirmation, updates, or additional documentation as needed.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to the Intake Manager for resolution.
• Generate intake status reports and provide insights for process improvements.
• Support the Intake Manager in streamlining workflows and achieving departmental KPIs.

Non-Negotiables
• Must have prior experience in intake coordination, case management, or client support.
• Ability to commit to U.S. business hours consistently.
• Independent professional (not affiliated with an agency or firm).
