SEO & Growth Specialist (Web Traffic Platform)

We are looking for a SEO & Growth Specialist to help us build and scale a traffic platform in the creator / social media niche.

This is NOT a typical SEO job.

You will not just write articles. You will help build and grow a large-scale website with thousands of pages, focused on traffic, data, and growth.

What you will do:

- Work with large datasets (profiles, pages),
- Create and optimize SEO pages (categories, tags, rankings),
- Generate and edit content using AI tools,
- Structure internal linking across the website,
- Help launch and test new pages quickly,
- Work closely with our developer and marketing team,

What we are looking for:

- Strong understanding of SEO (not just theory),
- Experience with large websites or programmatic SEO is a BIG plus,
- Ability to work fast and execute,
- Good English communication,
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment,

Bonus:

- Experience with automation or data tools,
- Experience in highly competitive niches,
- Understanding of traffic and conversions,

Compensation:

The salary depends on your experience and skills.

We are open to both part-time and full-time collaboration.

- Part-time (20–30 hours/week): $500 – $800/month
- Full-time (40 hours/week): $800 – $1,200+/month

Performance-based bonuses are available based on results and growth.
