JOB OVERVIEW

About Zelix Labs
We're a specialised AI and messaging automation agency. We build stable, well-governed automation systems for businesses — using GoHighLevel, ---------- , ---------- , and n8n as our core stack.
This is not a volume shop. Not a generic VA setup. We build serious systems and we need serious people to help run them.

Why This Role Is Different
Let's get the important stuff out of the way first.
1) No graveyard shifts.
You work day shift, Philippine time. Your evenings are yours. Your sleep is yours. Your weekends are yours. We're not going to ask you to wreck your body clock to serve a timezone that isn't yours.

2) Fully remote, work from home.
No commute. No office politics. No dress code. You work from wherever you're comfortable and you're judged entirely on the quality of your work.

3) This is a long-term seat, not a project gig.
We're not hiring you to finish a sprint and disappear. We're building a team. As the systems grow, your salary and scope grow with them. We'd rather invest in someone who stays than churn through people who leave.

4) You'll work with tools most people haven't touched yet.
LLM conversation agents, RAG architectures, multi-platform workflow systems — the kind of AI automation that most people in the industry are still figuring out. If you're the kind of person who reads the docs, pokes at the API, and wants to understand what's actually happening under the hood — this is your seat.

5) Structured onboarding. Real SOPs. Not thrown in the deep end.
You'll have documentation, training, and a clear process from day one. We don't do "figure it out" onboarding.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the person keeping client automation systems running well and building them right. That means:
- Setting up and configuring GoHighLevel (GHL), ---------- , and AI conversation agents
- Implementing workflow changes based on documented instructions — and flagging when the instructions need improving
- Building and maintaining n8n and ---------- automations, including webhook layers, HTTP modules, and API integrations
- Reviewing live setups and catching issues before they become i ----------
- Monitoring automations and handling i ---------- calmly when something breaks — triage, containment, escalation, clean write-up
- Writing i ---------- summaries, change logs, and internal documentation that other people can actually follow
- Working with AI-enhanced automation layers where applicable — LLM agents, conversation flows, context-aware routing
- Communicating directly with clients — translating what's happening in their systems into plain language, setting expectations during i ---------- , and keeping them informed without over-promising

This is not a sales role and you won't be managing live chat queues. But you will be client-facing on the technical side. That means being someone clients can trust — clear, calm, and precise, even when the system is on fire.

What We're Looking For
We care more about how you think — and what you've actually built — than how many years you've been doing this.
You're the right fit if you:
- Approach broken systems the same way every time: isolate, contain, fix, document
- Write clearly in English — your i ---------- summaries and change logs should be readable by someone who wasn't there
- Take ownership without waiting to be told, and escalate clearly when something is outside your scope
- Are comfortable saying "I don't know yet — here's what I'm checking" — to us and to clients
- Can communicate technical updates to non-technical people without dumbing it down or talking in circles
- Have a portfolio or case studies that show real builds, not just a list of tools you've used
- Come from a technical background — DevOps, SRE, QA, or similar — and have layered automation on top of it

Required:
- Strong written English — both internal documentation and client-facing communication
- Logical, structured problem-solver who can follow and improve SOPs
- Genuine interest in AI agents, LLM-powered systems, and automation architecture
- Comfortable being the direct point of contact for clients on technical matters

Strong advantage:
- GoHighLevel experience — Admin Certified is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Conversation AI inside GHL
- Hands-on with ---------- — building flows, not just reading about it
- ---------- or n8n — ideally both, and ideally with real client builds behind you
- Comfort working directly with APIs, webhooks, and JSON payloads
- Background in DevOps, SRE, tech support, or QA
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations — agents, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering

What This Role Is Not
- Not sales
- Not a call centre or live chat job
- Not repetitive copy-paste work

Every day involves judgment calls. You'll be trusted to act on them.

Compensation & Details
- PHP 20,000 – 48,000 depending on experience
- Day shift, Philippine time — no graveyard shifts, no odd hours
- Fully remote, work from home
- Long-term role — salary and scope grow as you do
- Structured onboarding with SOPs and training from day one

How to Apply
Send us two things:
- Your CV
- A short written answer to this question: "Describe a time an automation you built or managed broke in production. What happened, how did you handle it, and what did you change afterward?"
- A Loom walkthrough of a build you're proud of — walk us through what it does, why you built it that way, and what you'd improve if you rebuilt it today.

We're not looking for the perfect answer. We're looking at how you think.

Hiring Timeline
Role is immediate. We are currently recruiting. Shortlisted candidates will be notified promptly. Onboarding begins once the right person is confirmed — we move quickly for the right fit.
