Community / Funnel Operator

I’m looking for someone to help me build and manage my inbound systems across Instagram and TikTok.

My content is growing and I want to convert attention into conversations and clients — without losing authenticity.

What I need:

ManyChat setup (Instagram + TikTok if applicable)
DM keyword flows (but not spammy or robotic)
Lead capture ? application ? booking flow
Clean integration with tools like Google Forms / Calendly

Important:
This needs to feel HUMAN. Not automated influencer spam.

You should understand:

creator funnels
conversational tone
high-trust client acquisition

Goal:
Turn inbound attention into real conversations and qualified clients.

This role starts focused on building and optimizing my inbound funnel (DM ? conversation ? client).

Over time, for the right person, this can expand into a more strategic role — helping manage and shape the full community experience across platforms (DMs, email, group calls, and client touchpoints).

I’m looking for someone who wants to grow into that — but can first prove they can execute at a high level. This is not a passive role — I’m looking for someone who takes ownership, improves systems, and thinks beyond basic setup.

Must have excellent english and communication skills.
