Medical Lead Generator

Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead Generator Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | 4 hrs/day) to support a growing Injury Care Center that provides specialized treatment for federal employees injured on the job (OWCP cases).

Your main goal is to help us build high-value referral relationships by reaching out to key contacts such as union representatives, union presidents, and post office shop stewards.

This is a results-driven role focused on outreach, follow-ups, and booking meetings.

Responsibilities:
• Research and collect contact information (unions, federal worker groups, USPS contacts)
• Conduct outreach via email, messaging, or other platforms
• Send pre-approved marketing materials
• Follow up consistently with leads
• Set appointments for the healthcare client
• Track outreach and responses

Compensation & Schedule:
• $4/hour
• Part-time (4 hours per day)

Requirements:
• Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or appointment setting
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Able to work independently and hit daily targets
• Experience with scraping tools or CRM is a plus
