Senior Video Editor

We are looking for a talented video editor to edit our content into high-performing, engaging videos for social media and paid advertising.

You know how to turn raw footage into attention-grabbing content that keeps viewers watching and drives action. You understand pacing, hooks, storytelling, captions, sound design, and trends that perform on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads.

Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form organic and paid social content
• Transform raw footage into polished, professional videos
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, music, transitions, and effects
• Create multiple variations for testing performance
• Work quickly and efficiently with feedback
• Keep up with current editing styles and platform trends

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing viral or high-performing short-form content
• Strong sense of pacing, retention, and conversion-focused storytelling
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools
• Reliable, fast communication and ability to meet deadlines
• Portfolio with relevant examples required
- Experience working with editing in a different language

Bonus:
• Experience with e-commerce / direct response brands
• Understanding of paid ad creatives and hooks that convert
• Basic motion graphics skills
