Elite Creative Strategist (Ads | Video | AI Creative)

We are not hiring beginners.

We are looking for A-Players—people who execute well, think critically, and care about producing high-performing creatives.

You will receive guidance, resources, and training from us. What matters is your ability to apply feedback and continuously improve.

Generic, low-effort work is not acceptable.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

* Static Ad Design (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Video Editing (VSLs, UGC-style ads, short-form content)
* AI-Generated Ads (both static and video)

We care about performance, not just aesthetics. Your work should drive clicks, conversions, and revenue.

**REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**

You MUST have solid experience in ALL of the following:

1. Ad Creative Design
2. Ad Video Editing (VSL / UGC / Direct Response)
3. AI Ad Creation (Static + Video)

You don’t need to be perfect—but you must already be competent in all three.

1. Full Portfolio Link
(Google Drive, website, or similar)

2. Top 3–5 Picks (VERY IMPORTANT)

Choose your BEST work and include:

For each example:

* The actual file or direct link (image or video)
* What YOU personally did (be specific)
* The goal of the ad
* Why you think it’s a strong creative
* (Optional but preferred) Performance results

This applies to:

* Static ads
* Video ads
* AI-generated creatives

A portfolio alone is NOT enough.
If you do not include your top picks with explanations, your application will NOT be reviewed.
