About Us:
THT Productions is a growing video and audio media production company based in Australia, with a Philippines-based production team working across a range of healthcare-focused clients. We produce real media for the real world - peak bodies, pharmaceutical brands, healthtech startups, clinicians, and industry associations.
We're not a content farm. We're building a proper production house. That means real creative briefs, storyboards, multi-cam shoots, on-location filming, pro audio, and finished pieces clients are genuinely proud to put their name on.
The Role
We're hiring a full-time Production Coordinator to join our production team, reporting to our Senior Production Coordinator.
This is a dedicated, full-time role for someone who wants to commit 40 hours a week to one employer - not a student, not someone juggling multiple clients on the side. We have the ongoing work to keep you genuinely busy, and we want someone whose attention isn't split.
You'll be the go-to editor for higher-end video and audio deliverables - the ones where the client expects broadcast-adjacent quality, not a quick cut.
This is not just podcast editing. You'll be working on:
* Storyboarded corporate video - scripted, multi-scene work for healthcare brands and peak bodies
* Documentary-style pieces - interview-led content shot on location, often across multiple clinics, venues or states
* Commercials and branded content - including productions with actors, scripted scenes, and real continuity considerations
* Long-form podcast video - multi-cam, 30-60 minute episodes with proper edit craft
* Audio editing and mixing for our podcast network - we produce hundreds of episodes across multiple shows, and audio quality matters
* Short-form cutdowns - social clips, promos, and derivative assets from longer pieces
* Event content - material captured at industry conferences and activations
Variety is the job. Some weeks will be podcast-heavy, others will be a commercial, a doco piece, and a promo stacked on top of each other.
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
* Completed formal study in video production, film, multimedia, or a related field - degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification. We want someone who has properly learned the craft, not still studying.
* Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro - this is our pro tool of choice. If you've been living in Descript, CapCut, or Canva, this role isn't for you.
* Genuinely strong colour grading skills - this is a priority for us. We want edits that look considered and polished, not flat off-the-camera footage pushed out the door.
* Solid audio editing and mixing ability - you'll be editing podcasts and mixing dialogue, music and SFX for video work.
* A portfolio with range - we want to see corporate, narrative, interview, and branded content, not just one style
* Ability to work autonomously - interpreting briefs, making creative decisions, managing your own schedule across concurrent projects. We don't want to hand-hold every edit.
* A computer and internet connection capable of handling large video files - you'll be working with multi-cam projects, high-res source footage, and pushing content to and from
* Full-time availability, no competing commitments - 40 hours a week dedicated to this role. Not studying. Not running other concurrent client work.
* Strong English, both written and spoken, for team collaboration and occasional client-facing work
* Experience collaborating in a remote production team - comfortable giving and receiving feedback, working through revisions, and staying communicative
Highly Regarded:
* After Effects or strong custom animation skills - and we mean genuinely good ones, not basic templates, stock presets, or dabbling. If you can do motion design that actually elevates a piece, we want to see it in your portfolio.
* DaVinci Resolve - particularly if that's where your colour grading lives
* Final Cut Pro as a secondary tool
* Prior work in healthcare, corporate, or documentary content
* Opinions about tools and workflow - we want people who actually care about the craft, not just clocking hours
How We Work
Our team collaborates daily across:
* Slack - team communication, feedback, quick questions
* Pipedrive - project management, activity tracking, and client context
*
* Adobe Premiere Pro - primary edit environment
* Google Workspace - docs, drive, shared resources
You'll be across all of these daily, so being comfortable picking up new tools quickly is part of the job.
What We Offer
Rate: $15 AUD per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time, dedicated)
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Flexible, but some overlap with Australian business hours (AEST / AEDT) is needed for catch-ups and collabs
Team: A small, established, friendly production team that works closely together - not a faceless outsourcing gig
Tools: We invest in pro-grade software and systems, not the cheapest option
Growth: Genuine career opportunity as THT Productions scales - we're building something proper, and the right person will have real input into how our production function evolves
Work that matters: Every project we do is helping push healthcare forward in some way
