WhatsApp API & Automation Specialist

We are looking for a technical and reliable WhatsApp API & Automation Specialist to help us implement client projects.

Our company provides WhatsApp API solutions to businesses, and we need someone who can help clients connect their systems, build automations, and set up chatbot workflows.

What You’ll Do:
• Set up client projects using our WhatsApp API solution
• Connect systems using API, Webhooks, Zapier, ---------- , and Pabbly Connect
• Build automations for lead capture, follow-ups, reminders, notifications, and CRM updates
• Set up and configure WhatsApp chatbots
• Troubleshoot technical issues and fix broken workflows
• Read API documentation and turn it into working implementations
• Test setups before launch and document the process clearly

What We Need:
• Strong understanding of API and Webhooks
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, ---------- , and/or Pabbly Connect
• Experience building automation workflows
• Experience setting up chatbots
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good written English
• Able to work independently and deliver clean, reliable work

Nice to Have:
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API
• CRM integration experience
• Familiarity with JSON, HTTP requests, and automation logic
• Experience working with agency clients
