About Us
Big Warehouse Refurbs is a fast-growing Australian eCommerce business specialising in refurbished tech — laptops, robot vacuums, electronics, and AV equipment. We sell across multiple marketplaces and we're scaling hard. We need a sharp, experienced operator to help us grow our Amazon AU and Temu presence while keeping our customer service tight.
The Role
This is a dual-focus position — half marketplace admin, half customer service. You'll be a key part of a lean team with real ownership of what you manage. If you're experienced, proactive, and know your way around Seller Central and Temu's portal, this is a great long-term opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and optimising Amazon Seller Central listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, pricing, inventory)
Handling Temu seller portal operations — listings, orders, and performance monitoring
Responding to customer enquiries and disputes across platforms with professionalism and speed
Managing cases, returns, A-to-Z claims, and escalations
Working across marketplace messaging platforms (Amazon, Temu, eBay etc.) and contributing to building the tools and processes around them
Flagging issues and reporting back to the owner with solutions, not just problems
What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central — this is non-negotiable
Experience with Temu's seller platform is a strong advantage
Solid customer service background in eCommerce (returns, disputes, and claims), with experience developing and creating systems, templates, and SOPs to make CS operations scalable
Excellent written English — clear, professional, and empathetic
Self-managed, reliable, and available during Australian business hours (or willing to overlap)
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the business
