Static ad desginer

I’m looking for a talented and creative designer to help create high-converting, aesthetic static ads for my e-commerce brand in the baby/mom space.

I’m looking for someone who understands both visual identity and performance marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating high-end static ads (for Meta, etc.)
- Working with existing content (UGC, product images, lifestyle shots)
- Designing creatives that feel: Clean, Premium, Aesthetic, On-brand
- Testing different angles, hooks and layouts based on performance
- Using modern tools / AI to elevate creatives

Who are you:
- Strong sense of aesthetics & modern design trends
- Experience with e-commerce ads / paid social creatives
- Ability to balance branding + performance
- Skilled in tools like Photoshop, Figma, Canva or similar
- Bonus if you use AI tools to enhance workflow/output
