HR Manager (Hiring, Strategy & Retention)

About the Role: We are hiring an HR Manager to lead human talent and scale people solutions at PTOE Global Solutions, a fast-growing solutions company helping entrepreneurs and businesses run and scale with clarity, structure, and systems.

This is not a corporate HR or high-volume recruiting role.

This is for a builder and people architect who wants to take ownership of the entire talent lifecycle and help scale a global, remote-first business by finding, keeping, and growing the best talent in the world.

You will work directly with the founder (Chief Stewardship Officer) to turn growth vision into talent systems, high-retention structures, and measurable culture results.

Core Mission: Build and operate scalable talent solutions that ensure we hire the right people and keep them engaged for the long term.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Hiring & Acquisition
Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized global roles (Hiring).

-Build proactive talent pipelines and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
-Ensure every hire is a "culture-add" that aligns with our core mission.

Strategy & Systems
-Design and implement the overarching Talent Strategy for the next 3 years.
-Build SOPs for workforce planning, competency mapping, and performance reviews.
-Ensure effective hiring standards through automation and data-driven systems.

Retention & Culture
-Design and lead engagement initiatives to ensure industry-leading Talent Retention.
-Establish career pathing, growth frameworks, and accountability structures.
-Monitor organizational health and resolve culture complexities with proactive systems.

Who You Are
-15+ years in Talent Acquisition, People Ops, or Talent Strategy roles.
-Experience in fast-moving agencies, consulting, or technology businesses.
-Strong systems thinker (you understand that retention is a process, not a feeling).
-Proven ability to build talent structures in remote, global environments.
-Comfortable managing diverse, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
