**Job Title:** GoHighLevel Specialist (Funnels, Websites, Automations) – Long-Term Role

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering **FREE websites with a monthly hosting & CRM plan** to small businesses, primarily daycares and local service providers.

Our mission is to help businesses grow by giving them the tools they need to generate more leads, book more tours, and increase enrollment.

We are looking for a **GoHighLevel expert** who can help us build, manage, and scale our client systems.


**Your Role**

You will be responsible for setting up and managing client accounts inside GoHighLevel, including websites, funnels, automations, and CRM systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Create and manage **sub-accounts** in GoHighLevel
* Build and customize **websites using templates**
* Set up **funnels (landing pages, opt-ins, booking pages)**
* Configure **CRM pipelines and lead tracking systems**
* Build and manage **automations**:

* SMS follow-ups
* Email sequences
* Appointment reminders
* Install and manage **snapshots** for fast deployment
* Connect domains, forms, calendars, and integrations
* Ensure all systems are clean, organized, and scalable


**What We’re Looking For**

* Strong experience with **GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)**
* Experience building **funnels and websites**
* Understanding of **automations and workflows**
* Basic knowledge of **marketing strategy and lead generation**
* Ability to follow systems and also think independently
* Good communication and reliability
* Attention to detail and speed



**Bonus Skills (Not Required but a PLUS)**

* Experience with daycare or local business marketing
* Copywriting for landing pages
* Graphic design skills
* Experience with Facebook/Instagram lead generation
