Project Management Assistant - Metro Manila-Based (Priority)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-learning Project Management Assistant based in the Philippines, ready to step into the future of AI + Operations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and team to coordinate tasks, track progress, and keep projects moving—while leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to streamline workflows and improve execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing multiple projects and tracking progress across tasks
- Assign tasks and follow up to ensure accountability within the team
- Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Coordinate communication between tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders
- Identify potential issues early and help resolve them
- Support project planning and daily operations
- Keep tasks, updates, and documentation organized and up to date
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve workflow efficiency and task execution


You will need:
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new systems
- Willingness to work night shift: 9PM – 5AM VNT | 10PM – 6AM PHT | 9AM - 5PM COT
- Open to split schedules only when required
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Nice to have:
- Experience with task management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Experience working night shift or flexible schedules
- Metro Manila-Based applicant is priority
