JOB OVERVIEW

We are a medium sized company based in Australia. Our company holds brands in fitness equipment, bicycle wholesale and kids play equipment that are distributed via both online and retail channels. We are looking for an energetic and flexible person to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can efficiently update website product listings, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as well as internal ERP systems.

This job will commence on a 4 month probationary period and, upon successful completion, you will be offered a position.

Role
• Data processing via Microsoft Excel
• Order processing
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Minimum Requirements
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Excel functions
• Excellent English communication skills, well-spoken and good grammar
• Reliable, energetic and motivated with excellent sales ability
• An understanding of the workings of online shopping
• Strong time management skills

Additional Preferences
• Sales experience
• Online retail industry experience
• BPO experience

Location
• Lanang, Davao City
Note: this is an office based job. You will be required to work in our office full time.

Salary
