ROLE: UGC Sourcer / Creator Scout

TYPE: Long-term if you're good

WHO THIS IS FOR

- This is for someone who lives on TikTok, Instagram, and the internet in general.
- You do NOT need to be a corporate VA.
- You do NOT need to have years of experience.
- But you DO need to be sharp, fast, internet-native, and willing to learn.

WHO WE ARE

- We're building a content-driven app growth engine.
- Right now the first app is called Lockt.
- Lockt blocks distracting apps until the user walks their steps.
- Our job is to find normal creators who can film cheap raw iPhone clips for us.
- We post the content from our own accounts. We are paying for footage, not followers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Find creators on TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit who fit our app angles
2. Judge very quickly if someone is a fit or not
3. Add qualified leads to our tracker cleanly
4. DM qualified leads using our approved outreach
5. Update statuses every day so the pipeline stays clean
6. Send a short end-of-day report with numbers and learnings

THIS ROLE IS NOT

- customer support
- appointment setting
- generic admin work
- influencer management for big celebrities

It's internet research + creator sourcing + good judgment.

WHAT MAKES SOMEONE GOOD AT THIS

- you are naturally online and notice patterns fast
- you know what makes a person feel native on TikTok
- you can spot cringe / fake / over-produced content quickly
- you are comfortable doing repetitive work without getting sloppy
- you can follow a system but still think for yourself

REQUIRED

- Good written English
- Comfortable recording short Looms
- Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Google Sheets / Notion
- Stable internet and a laptop
- Can work consistently, not disappear

NICE TO HAVE

- experience in sourcing, recruiting, lead gen, outreach, social media, or creator work
- experience finding people online for any role or offer
- understands Gen Z / ---------- / app culture

PAY AND GROWTH

- $ ---------- /month to start depending on sharpness and availability
- paid bi-monthly via Wise
- performance bonuses can be added once you are producing real results
- path to full-time and bigger responsibility if you are strong

- your TikTok and Instagram links
- your current work situation
- how many hours/week you can give us
- the words: SCREEN TIME
- 3 search keywords you would use to find Lockt-style creators

4. If shortlisted, we'll send you a paid trial task.
