Instagram Content Assistant (Canva + Scheduling) – Short-Term Rental Brand

We run a short-term rental brand (Saga Haus) and are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help execute our Instagram content.

This is NOT a strategy role. Everything is already planned. We need someone to follow a clear system and execute consistently.

Responsibilities
Create Instagram posts using Canva templates
Schedule and post content
Create simple story sequences (3–5 slides/day)
Organize photos/videos by property
Follow our exact captions and structure

Requirements:
Experience using Canva
Basic Instagram knowledge (posting, stories, reels)
Strong attention to detail
Good written English
Ability to follow instructions exactly
