Job Description:?We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support our growing business. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, is highly organized, and can consistently work on weekends.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with bookings, orders, and general questions
* Follow up on customer issues and ensure resolutions are completed
* Manage basic administrative tasks related to customer support
* Maintain a positive and helpful tone that reflects our brand values
* Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistance preferred
* Excellent written communication skills in English
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable internet connection and availability on weekends
* Familiarity with customer service tools (email, chat platforms, social media) is a plus
* Experience with booking systems or e-commerce platforms
* Experience supporting creative, workshop-based, or small businesses
