Cold Caller — US Trade Contractors — $6/hr + Bonus — Long-Term

Looking for a cold caller to run outbound calls to US trade contractors (pools, fencing, cabinets, HVAC, concrete).
This is warm-ish outbound — every prospect already received a personalized audit email fro ---------- 24 hours before you call. You're not selling; you're making sure they open the email.
The role:

40-60 calls per shift from a list I provide
Follow a tight script with clear branches for every response
Log outcomes in a simple tracker
4 hours/day, Monday–Friday, US Eastern Time hours
Long-term — I want to grow with one great person

What I need:

Neutral, clear English accent (US contractors hang up on anything they can't immediately understand)
Cold calling experience, ideally into US small businesses
Thick skin — trade guys are blunt
Quiet workspace, reliable internet

Pay: $6/hr to start + bonus per booked audit review. Raise for strong performers after 30 days.
