If you love working inside timelines more than chasing clients - and you’re looking for a stable, full-time role - this could be a great fit.

We’re a growing business producing scroll-stopping short-form video content for marketing and social media, alongside some long-form corporate and brand videos.

We’ve got the footage, briefs, and direction - now we’re looking for a full-time, in-house Video Editor who’s reliable, detail-focused, and confident using Adobe Premiere Pro.

?? This role is not suitable for freelancers or editors juggling multiple clients.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
•? ?Editing fast-paced short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
•? ?Creating strong hooks, clean cuts, and engaging pacing
•? ?Editing long-form corporate and marketing videos when required
•? ?Adding music, captions, text, and basic motion elements
•? ?Following briefs, SOPs, and Loom video instructions
•? ?Making revisions quickly and delivering work on time

???? Who We’re Looking For
•? ?Good working experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (Davinci Resolve considered)
•? ?A good, relevant portfolio that shows solid editing fundamentals
•? ?Experience editing short-form, fast-paced social media content
•? ?Comfortable handling occasional long-form corporate edits
•? ?Looking for a full-time, long-term role (not freelance or side work)
•? ?Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions closely
•? ?Able to work 40 hours/week during UK hours
