Our company seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our elite digital team. We are looking for a dependable and diligent individual to join our firm as a versatile assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and discretion while working under pressure. They should be comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
-Answer prospective leads using live chat software.
-Conduct initial in-take process and gather detailed information for attorneys.
-Use the correct forms on the company website for submitting all gathered information.
-Maintain accurate records of client information and data using software like Google Sheets, ensuring the safety and security of sensitive data.
-Ensure the accuracy and validity of the information provided to prospective clients.
Qualifications And Skills:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Someone who is personable, patient, and enjoys talking and helping others
-Proficiency in Google Workspace
-Ability to be online consistently
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving
-Strong written and verbal communication and research skills
-Capability to perform all general duties on a daily basis
Basic Requirements
-Device Specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
-Equipment: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
-Internet Speed: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection in case of outages
Work Details
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8:30 AM Manila Time
