* Set up and manage **Google Ads (Search – HIGH PRIORITY)**
* Create and manage **Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns**
* Optimize campaigns for **lead generation (conversions)**
* Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis
* Improve ad performance (CTR, CPC, conversion rate)
* Help improve landing page performance (bonus)
* Track and report results weekly

* Proven experience running **Google Ads for lead generation**
* Experience with **Facebook Ads (lead gen campaigns)**
