BDR / Growth Partner - Global Digital Media

Fjord Media Group is a boutique media agency expanding our partner operations in the LatAm and APAC regions. We represent a portfolio of premium entertainment software and are looking for 5 elite Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help us scale our creator partnerships.

THIS IS NOT A DATA ENTRY OR ADMIN ROLE.

We are looking for "Hunters"—people who can identify, contact, and onboard high-traffic partners in the digital entertainment/app space.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify high-volume Telegram/Discord Community Admins, Twitch/Kick streamers, and Influencers in your region.
• Initiate first-contact outreach using our provided scripts.
• Book "Warm Leads" into a 3-way call/chat with our Director to finalize partnerships.

THE COMPENSATION:
We prioritize high-performance partners who want to build a "Book of Business."

• The Deal: You receive a 3% Lifetime Override on the gross revenue generated by every partner you onboard.
• The Potential: If you onboard a high-traffic partner, you earn a recurring commission for as long as that partner is active.
• Payouts: Weekly (Every Tuesday) via digital wallet.
