JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based law firm hiring a Disability Hearing Manager. Schedule is full-time, aligned with early U.S. morning hours (Pacific Time). Exact hours are flexible, but consistency is required. We currently have 26 Filipino tea ---------- mbers and have deep experience working with and supporting our Philippines-based team.

Overview:
We are seeking a Disability Hearing Manager to oversee and manage disability cases transitioning into the hearing phase. This role is responsible for ensuring cases are properly prepared, clients are supported, and workflows remain organized and on track. You will also assist the Director of Disability in managing overall case flow.

Specific Job Duties:
• Manage disability cases from reconsideration denial through pending hearing
• Maintain consistent client communication, including monthly check-ins and responding to inbound calls, texts, and emails
• Process and organize incoming and outgoing case-related mail
• Prepare cases for hearing, ensuring all required steps are completed on time
• Obtain and track hearing modality forms
• Conduct initial medical records review and identify gaps
• Review most recent records and track last seen dates
• Compile and maintain a complete list of all medical providers
• Ensure all case information is accurate, organized, and hearing-ready
• Update Clio with all hearing-related activity, notes, and documents
• Maintain accurate and consistent data across Clio and Assure
• Assist Director of Disability with overall case flow and workload management
• Audit cases in Assure to ensure they are current and properly managed
• Identify delays, missing information, or risks and proactively address them
• Ensure Clio and Assure systems are aligned and up to date
