Social Media Engagement Specialist

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Social Media Engagement Specialist to manage the personal Facebook account of Hui Hui, lead coach at Inner World Training. This is a full-time role for someone who is serious, self-disciplined, and excellent at written English.

This is not a content scheduling job. You will log into Hui Hui's Facebook account via Remote Desktop, engage with her followers, and start genuine DM conversations that lead people toward our coaching programs, online courses, and community.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Log into Hui Hui's Facebook account via Remote Desktop and complete all daily engagement tasks during required windows
- Reciprocate likes, comments, and reactions from followers — visit their profiles and engage genuinely
- Initiate DM conversations with warm leads using natural, personal openers
- Nurture DM conversations from first contact to program inquiry and sign-up
- Maintain a daily tracking sheet of all active conversations and their status
- Submit a daily activity and lead report to the team
- Use AI writing tools to help draft messages while keeping a warm and human tone

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent written English — natural, warm, and able to write in another person's voice
- Solid understanding of Facebook personal profile engagement and ---------- strategy
- Experience with online outreach or conversational sales
- Comfortable using Remote Desktop to work inside another person's account
- Self-disciplined and consistent — no need for constant supervision
- Bonus: experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Bonus: background in wellness, coaching, or personal development
