JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shopify & Customer Service Specialist to support multiple eCommerce brands. This role blends customer support and backend Shopify management, so you should be just as comfortable responding to customer inquiries as you are working inside Shopify.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience while keeping store operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support

Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and discounts
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand voice
Escalate complex issues when needed

Shopify Store Management

Update and maintain Shopify websites across multiple brands
Create and manage discount codes and promotions
Process manual orders and assist with order adjustments
Add, update, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing)
Ensure product pages and store data are accurate and up to date

Operations Support

Assist with day-to-day store operations and backend tasks
Identify and flag issues related to orders, products, or site functionality
Help improve processes for efficiency and customer experience

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Shopify
Proven experience in customer service (email support preferred)
Strong understanding of Shopify backend (products, orders, discounts, basic site updates)
Excellent written communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage tasks across multiple brands simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
