This position is heavily performance-based because strong callers consistently outperform average callers. If you can build rapport, follow instructions, and identify real motivation, the bonus structure can become extremely rewarding over time.

• Foreclosure
• Probate

• Distressed situations
• Traditional home sales

Unlike most investor companies, we do BOTH:

• Cash offers
• MLS listings

This creates significantly more opportunities and more potential bonuses because sellers have multiple solutions available instead of just one.

Most cold callers only work for investors. If a seller does not want a cash offer, the deal dies.

With us, sellers can:

• List traditionally with our team

That flexibility increases conversions and creates more opportunities for YOU.

YOUR ROLE

• Make 200–300 calls per day using CallTools
• Speak with homeowners professionally
• Identify motivation and realistic opportunities
• Create QUALITY leads (not junk leads)
• Update the Lofty CRM properly
• Follow instructions carefully

Most importantly:
We are looking for someone dependable, coachable, organized, and strong on the phone.

You are NOT expected to “hard sell” people.

Your job is simply to identify REALISTIC sellers and create legitimate opportunities for our acquisitions and listing teams.

REQUIREMENTS
• Cold calling experience REQUIRED
• Strong, natural English (NOT robotic)
• CRM + dialer experience
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
• Must know CSV files

COMPENSATION (STACKED)

• $5–$7/hour

$100 for EVERY 3 LEGIT in-person appointments
$500 for EVERY CLOSED deal

6-MONTH BONUS (EXTRA)
• 6 deals = +$1,000 (6 Deals would pay $500 x 6= $3000) then the $1000 bonus mentioned is added on top of the $3000
• 10 deals = +$3,000 ( 10 Deals would pay $500 x 10 =$5000 in closoing bonuses + an additional $3000 for closing 10 under 6 months.

ANNUAL BONUS
• 20 deals = +$3,500 (20 closings under 12 months means 20 x $500 = $10,000 in closing bonuses+ an additional $3500 for your accomplishment.
• 25 deals = +$5,000 (25 closings under 12 months means 25 x $500 = $12,500 in closing bonuses+ an additional $5000 for your accomplishment.
Don't forget: That means your appointment bonuses will also be additional to this.

EXAMPLE:
6 deals = $3,000 ($500 per closing)

$1,000 bonus = $4,000+
appointment bonuses + hourly pay
