About the Role

US Power Solar is a fast-growing U.S.-based company, and we’re looking for a high-level Solar Designer / Project Coordinator who can manage projects from design ? install ? PTO.

This is not just admin work — this is a technical + operational role where accuracy and communication matter.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design residential solar systems (Aurora, Solargraf, or similar)
Review utility bills and create accurate system layouts
Coordinate projects from sale ? install ? PTO
Communicate with installers, utilities, and internal team
Track timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule
Manage projects in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Assist with permitting and documentation

What We’re Looking For
Solar design experience (REQUIRED)
Experience with Aurora, Solargraf, or similar
Strong understanding of layouts, setbacks, and system sizing
Project coordination or operations experience
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple projects at once

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Must be comfortable working on camera during the workday
Must work Los Angeles hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST)
Reliable internet and professional work setup

These are non-negotiable

Bonus (Preferred)
Experience with California utilities (SCE, LADWP, PG&E)
Familiar with Salesforce
U.S. solar company experience
Permitting / interconnection knowledge
