We’re a specialist waterproofing & epoxy flooring company looking for a top-tier estimator who actually knows the trade — not someone who just looks good on paper.

What we want:
Proven experience in waterproofing & epoxy systems (NOT general construction estimating)
Strong knowledge of:
Membrane systems (torch-on, liquid, PVC, etc.)
Epoxy / PU / MMA systems
Joint sealing, coving, screeds, prep works
Ability to:
Do accurate take-offs
Build BOQs properly
Price jobs realistically (no guessing)
Prepare professional quotes & methodologies
Understand site conditions, sequencing, and real install methods
What we DON’T want:
CV warriors with fake or exaggerated experience
People who need hand-holding
Estimators who never stepped on site
Guesswork pricing
