We’re looking for someone who can step into the front lines of the brand and initiate meaningful conversations with the right people.

This is a remote position with room to grow into a key player on the team.

The Role
You will be responsible for starting and managing conversations across:

Instagram
- Message new followers and warm leads
- Engage with people who interact with content (comments, story viewers, etc.)
- Track conversations and ensure no opportunity slips through

LinkedIn
- Identify ideal clients (executives, founders, high-level professionals)
- Initiate conversations in a natural, non-salesy way
- Build relationships that lead to qualified calls

Responsibilities
Start daily conversations with qualified prospects
Follow up with leads who haven’t taken action yet
Qualify prospects before they get on a call
Track outreach, responses, and pipeline activity
Attend weekly tea ---------- etings
Hit performance KPIs consistently

Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong communication skills (written + conversational tone)
Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve quickly
Reliable and consistent with execution
