About the Role
Gizmos & Gadgets is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales & Social Media Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers across social media platforms, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from first contact to order completion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
Engage customers proactively and convert conversations into confirmed sales
Recommend suitable products through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Accurately process, confirm, and track customer orders
Maintain timely and professional follow-ups with customers
Ensure all interactions reflect excellent customer service standards

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong written communication and customer service skills
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals
Basic understanding of online sales platforms and tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple customer chats simultaneously
Fast and accurate typing skills
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)

Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred
Familiarity with online customer engagement and order processing is an advantage
Experience handling multiple digital communication channels is desirable

Response time to customer inquiries
Conversion rate of inquiries to sales
Achievement of daily/weekly sales targets
Accuracy and efficiency in order processing

Work Requirements
Availability during assigned shifts, including peak business hours
Reliable internet connection (for remote or hybrid work, if applicable)
Professional behavior and adherence to company policies and procedures

Additionally, candidates who possess content creation skills or an understanding of current online trends will be considered an asset.
