About Us
We run two growing automotive businesses in Virginia, an independent car dealership and an auto care service center. We move fast, we're results-focused, and we need someone who can keep up. This is not a "post and pray" role. We need someone who actually understands performance and owns their numbers.

What You'll Be Doing
Ad Management

Manage and optimize live paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
Optimize existing live campaigns to drive consistent, quality leads. Identify what's underperforming and fix it fast
Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit KPIs
Report on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and other key metrics weekly

Lead Generation & Outreach

Source and scrape leads
Build and segment audience lists for retargeting campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
Coordinate with our outbound team to provide qualified prospect lists for direct outreach
Track lead source performance and identify which sourcing methods deliver the best quality leads
Maintain clean, organized lead databases in GoHighLevel and flag prospects by urgency and fit


You're the Right Fit If You...

Have solid hands-on experience running paid ads (not just boosting posts)
Know how to read data and make decisions from it, not just report it
Are organized, proactive, and don't need to be chased for updates
Have experience in automotive, real estate, or service-based businesses (a big plus)
Can communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets

The Details

Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week
Remote, work with a US-based team
Must be available for overlap hours with Eastern Time
