Experienced UK Property Manager (2 Positions)

We are looking for a Property Manager to help our UK offices. You would ideally have experience with UK property management issues. UK experience is essential. You will be managing the relationship with Landlords and Tenants including the tenancy management, property management, compliance and portfolio management.

You will need to be highly organised but still be able to pick up a phone and chat effortlessly in English. Attention to details is a must.

UK Working hours, but we operate a bit differently than solo working as a virtual worker, we have our daily zoo ---------- eting so you will be able to interact with the other Filipino team and UK team. As well as 2 trips a year to Cebu and Manilla to catch up with the team.

We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a property lettings and management arm of around 1000 properties in the UK. We are not your usual estate agency in that the majority of our business is selling new build and off plan developments as well as managing them.
