We are currently hiring for a critical remote position within our client success division: Associate Account Manager

- Support the full account lifecycle, from qualifying inbound leads through consultative intake calls, to closing enrollments and building long-term relationships with families pursuing Ivy League and top U.S. university admissions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families post-onboarding, conducting regular account check-ins, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating with academic coaches, consultants, and billing teams to deliver seamless, high-value service.
