eBay to Amazon

We are a US-based Amazon seller looking for a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant with proven experience in the US Amazon market. This is a long-term, trial-to-growth role for someone who is analytical, proactive, and strong at problem-solving.

This is a hybrid position:

50% Product Sourcing (finding profitable opportunities)
50% Operations/Admin (managing day-to-day processes)

You must be available for 3–4 Zoom calls weekly and maintain timely communication during working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Product Sourcing

Use Tactical Arbitrage and manual storefront stalking to find high-ROI, low-competition Lego leads
Identify strong opportunities, including potential End-of-Life (EOL) products

Lead Analysis

Analyze Keepa charts for price stability, sales trends, and risks (IP complaints, tanking)
Use SellerAmp to calculate accurate net profit after all fees

Data Management

Track leads in Google Sheets with complete and accurate calculations (including prep center fees)

eBay Support

Create and optimize listings
Edit product images (background removal)
Handle customer inquiries

Operations/Admin

Monitor Amazon Account Health daily
Assist with shipment reconciliation between prep center and FBA
Stay updated with Lego market trends
Requirements
Fluent English (C1–C2) – written and verbal
Keepa & Tactical Arbitrage (Required) – strong chart reading and sourcing skills
SellerAmp (Required) – accurate profit analysis
Google Sheets / Excel (Required)
Strong communication skills for Amazon/eBay support
Stable, high-speed internet

Preferred (Not Required):

Knowledge of Lego themes (Star Wars, Technic, Icons) and retirement cycles
