Customer Support Agent (Automotive Industry Experience Required)

Client Description
The client is an online retailer for UTV parts. Founded in 2018, they are based in the US and primarily serve US customers. They have a robust CS team with support in separate purchasing and return departments. Their product is around UTVs (Utility Task Vehicles).

Role Description
We are looking for a phone support Customer Service Representative to join our company! You will be operating out of a helpdesk and utilizing calling tools to service customers contacting us for issues. While the role will be inbound call focused, outbound calls will be necessary in certain cases. Email and live chat support will also be required through Gorgias.

Pay
Base Hourly Rate: $4.50 - $5.00 (based on background and experience)
