What You Will Do

Set up complete GoHighLevel sub-accounts for both MyCar Corp and MyCarCare
Build AI agents that handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
Connect funnels to all lead sources (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CarGurus) and ensure all leads are flowing into the CRM without drop-off
Configure lead follow-up automation sequences
Set up custom fields so all lead data logs correctly into the CRM
Test all workflows end-to-end to confirm everything works
Deliver complete documentation of everything you build


Who We Are Looking For

Proven GHL experience — you must share examples or past work when applying
Hands-on experience building AI agents and conversation workflows inside GHL
Strong grasp of funnels, pipelines, and automation logic
Clear and reliable communicator — daily updates are required during the project
Someone who can complete the full scope within 2 days


How We Measure Success

All AI agents active and responding across calls, texts, and emails by end of Day 2
Funnels live and confirmed receiving leads from all sources with zero drop-off
All automations tested and verified working
Full documentation submitted at project completion


Compensation
$200 fixed for the full project. Payment via WISE
