About the Role

Innov Enterprise is looking for a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & Funnel Specialist to support our growing digital marketing and CRM operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in building workflows, funnels, and automations that drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

?? Automation & Workflow Setup

* Build and optimize GHL workflows, including lead nurturing sequences, follow-ups, and automation triggers.
* Design logic flows for lead routing, tagging, and segmentation.
* Integrate GHL with tools such as Google Sheets, email systems, and third-party apps (via Zapier/Make).

???? Funnel & Landing Page Creation

* Create and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and forms within GHL.
* Ensure funnels are conversion-focused with proper tracking and user flow.

???? CRM & Pipeline Management

* Set up and manage pipelines, deal stages, and automation rules.
* Ensure proper tracking of leads from enquiry to closing.

???? AI & Communication Automation (Bonus)

* Assist in setting up AI chatbot flows, WhatsApp automation, and email sequences.
* Improve response time and lead engagement using automation strategies.

Requirements & Skills

* Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
* Strong understanding of automation logic, funnels, and CRM workflows.
* Familiar with tools such as Zapier / Make / Google Sheets integrations.
* Ability to think logically and structurally when designing workflows.
* Detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot automation issues independently.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with a remote team.

* Experience in lead generation and digital marketing funnels.
* Understanding of sales processes and customer journey mapping.
* Basic copywriting skills for landing pages and email sequences.
