Experienced Video Clipper With Samples

No beginners or editors without clip examples please.

I'm Looking for a video editor who knows how to do clipping from long form videos. Here's what I'm looking for:

Fifty 20-30 second clips a week. You will need to clip from our weekly podcast and make clips that are fun and engaging. Obviously you could re-edit edited clips, but we are looking for 50 clips per week total.
