Cold Caller

(READ CAREFULLY — We’re only looking for serious candidates.)

We’re looking to hire a highly motivated, long-term cold caller to join our team calling homeowners. If you’ve got at least 2 years of experience working NIGHT SHIFT, this might be for you.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working NIGHT SHIFT
- MUST have FAST and reliable WIFI
- Must be able to work Night Shift
- MUST SPEAK FLUENT AND CONFIDENT ENGLISH
- MUST HAVE GREAT PRONUNCIATION OF ENGLISH
NO time wasters – we’re building a team of professionals. Must be serious about growth – we want someone who is in it for the long haul.
Pay Structure:
• Starting at $3/hr + 40 hours of work pay, in commission, per deal closed
• Pay increases over time with performance and consistency
• Paid Bi-weekly
There are 2 shifts 8am est to 4pm est and 12pm est to 8pm est.
We're not looking for someone just chasing the next gig. We're building a real team, and we want someone who’s ready to grow with us long-term.
