YouTube Content Virtual Assistant

Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to manage the full production pipeline — from scripting through upload.

What you will be doing:
You will be the operational backbone of two YouTube channels (possibly more). Every video goes through the same repeatable pipeline.

Videos are 10–20 minutes long. You will be provided with all prompts, tools, and SOPs you need. This is an execution role, and not so much a creative role. All prompts, tools, and SOPs are provided. Precision and consistency matter most.

Your tasks:
Script generation using AI tools (prompts and full SOP provided)
Voiceover production using a provided TTS tool
Thumbnail creation using AI image tools
Managing Trello boards and keeping cards updated at each stage
Reviewing final videos for quality before upload
Uploading and scheduling videos to YouTube Studio
Uploading dubbed/translated versions to language-specific channels
Tracking your completed work and submitting a monthly invoice

What we are looking for:
Comfortable using AI tools daily
Strong attention to detail — you catch errors others miss
Able to follow SOPs precisely and consistently
Self-managing and reliable — no need to be reminded of recurring tasks
Good written English and good communication
Responsive — you flag issues quickly rather than guessing
Productive and effective - gets work done

Pay:
$3.00 per completed video project
$0.50 per translated video upload
Paid once a month on the last day of the month
Via Wise (bank transfer)
You submit a simple invoice at month end
