WordPress Integrations

I'm a Web Project Manager and I've been tasked with launching an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and I think I've gotten the deliverables to be accomplished using a plethora of plugins coupled with WPMU. The project is a SAAS that will act as middleware for insurance agent recruiters for agencies. We need to create a plugin that can act as an integration plugin between some options that we're exploring. The plugin would also need to import data for resumes from a third-party API/XML calls at infogist.com for candidates and then push the data out to various job boards such as Monster, Indeed and Linkedin. Project will involve working with plugins, multisite, XML/CSV and some API callbacks.
