Real estate assistant

I am looking for an assistant who has access to the MLS. Calls from sellers will be handled by a reporter from PatLive.com. The notes from those calls will be emailed to myself and the assistant. I will need you, the VA, to run comps on each property that comes in. I would like to have 6 comps for each property as well as an average of how long other properties in the area have been listed on the MLS before being bought.
