We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Web Developer with a deep love for headless CMS architecture—specifically Strapi—to join our engineering team. You’ll be the bridge between elegant, high-performance frontends and robust, scalable backends.
If you enjoy building customizable content APIs, optimizing database schemas, and crafting seamless user experiences, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable backend architectures using Strapi (Node.js) and integrate them with modern frontend frameworks.
API Development: Develop and maintain custom REST and GraphQL APIs.
Plugin & Customization: Create custom Strapi plugins, lifecycle hooks, and middlewares to extend core functionality.
Frontend Integration: Build responsive, performant user interfaces using React, Next.js, or Vue.js that consume Strapi-managed content.
Database Management: Design and optimize schemas in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Performance & Security: Ensure high-speed content delivery through caching strategies (Redis) and implement robust authentication/authorization (RBAC, JWT).
Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Strapi Cloud.
### Technical Requirements
Strapi Mastery: Proven experience configuring, customizing, and scaling Strapi (v4/v5).
Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
Frontend: Expertise in React.js (Next.js experience is a huge plus) and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
Database: Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL optimization.
API Design: Experience with both RESTful services and GraphQL.
DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud infrastructure.
### Qualifications & "Soft" Skills
Problem Solver: You don’t just find bugs; you find the root cause and the most efficient fix.
Clear Communicator: You can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptive Learner: The headless CMS landscape moves fast; you’re excited to stay updated on the latest Strapi releases and web standards.
Experience: 3+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 1 year focused on headless CMS projects.
