JOB OVERVIEW

FULL-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – CUSTOMER SUPPORT, PHONE SUPPORT & LOGISTICS

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based company that buys unused diabetic supplies from customers nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated, highly responsive, full-time virtual assistant to help manage daily operations including phone support, customer service, shipping coordination, lead follow-ups, and logistics.

This role is phone-heavy, along with email and messenger support. You will be responding to leads using Microsoft Outlook Webmail, Facebook Messenger, Google Voice, and OpenPhone (Quo), answering inbound customer calls, making outbound follow-up calls when needed, and assisting customers clearly and professionally.

Training will be provided, but you must remain attentive throughout your shift, respond quickly, and communicate clearly with U.S.-based customers at all times.

We are looking for long-term, career-minded applicants who want stable, full-time work. If you are just looking for the highest-paying job you can find this week, this role is not a good fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer inbound customer phone calls professionally using Google Voice and OpenPhone (Quo)
Make outbound follow-up calls when needed
Speak confidently with customers and explain our process in fluent, easy-to-understand English
Check and respond to emails using Outlook Webmail (GoDaddy-hosted)
Create and send prepaid shipping labels using ----------
Prepare and coordinate shipping kits
Respond to Facebook messages and comments quickly
Quote customers using our internal price sheet
Track shipments and provide estimated delivery updates
Coordinate local meetups with our local liaison buyer (scheduling only)
Confirm customer payout method and amount and relay details to the payment manager
Stay attentive and responsive to phone calls, emails, and messages throughout the shift

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and natural grammar
Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with U.S. customers on the phone
Excellent written English and professional communication skills
Previous tech or computer-related experience such as IT support, tech support, systems administration, or similar roles
Very detail-oriented and organized
Fast and reliable internet with a quiet, distraction-free environment for phone calls
Familiar with Google Voice, OpenPhone (Quo), Outlook, and ---------- or able to learn quickly
Comfortable working with multiple browser-based software tools
Must be available during U.S. business hours and evenings/weekends as listed below
Experience in customer service, eCommerce, logistics, or phone-based support is a plus
Must consistently monitor and respond to calls, emails, and messages throughout the workday

WORK HOURS:

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Eastern Time
Saturday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time

This role requires consistent evening and weekend availability. Only apply if you can reliably work this schedule.

SALARY AND PAYMENT:

$6.47 per hour (increased rate due to evening and weekend schedule)
Paid weekly via Wise

TRIAL PERIOD:

All hires will start with a paid one-week trial period. Training during the trial period will take place Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time only.

After the trial period is completed and if selected to continue, work hours will revert back to the regular evening and weekend schedule listed above.

Only apply if you are able to work both the daytime training schedule and the long-term evening and weekend schedule.
